Happy Nkhoma fraudster working for York timbers
I have tried a number of times to get York timbers to look into a matter with one of there employees, who has made racist remarks as well as have the look into a highly ranked employee for fraud and scamming. However they seem to not care what there employees do when they not at work.

York timbers dodgy employees Happy Nkhoma
Have tried a number of times to contact York Timbers about a Employee they have on there books. Happy Nkhoma has defrauded my business and has used excuses of payments due from York timbers, to be able to keep moving the goal post, as be been caught out and challenged on his fraudulent actions. No action or contact from York has been made to us. Showing me that they really don’t care who they employee. Who’s to say York timbers doesn’t have more Criminals working for them.

Job Mondlana // Khambane Khuthula Investments
Khambane Khuthula Investments, CEO Job Job Mondlana, Has claimed to be highly connected and involved in the mining and transport sector. All is a front of lies and empty promises with lots of sweet talking. All to only extort and de fraud. My experience with Job Mondlana he only been detrimental to my business and my partner who had recently had to close there doors due to the lack of conduct to ethicals in business. We were due payments for our trucks. When Time came for payment it was story after story. Our invoice was around R460,000.00 including vat. We to-date have received R80,000. We were promised another payment from KKI investments for the amount of R97,000 that money was paid from the hauling company Diraro to KKI but never did we get paid one Rand. I further more made settlement of R150,000.00 to try recoup something but promises turned into empty promises and all in all we have been defrauded by Job Mondlana as a CEO and a person.

Job Mondlana scamster/fraudulently business
Job Mondlana, is a scam and fraudulent business operator. He cost our business over R460,000.00 If you want to lose your money and be scammed by Job Mondlana please do business with this man. He will tell you everything you want to here and make you feel very confident in his ability to do business but only will you find out the hard way he’s not able to offer you anything when it comes time to pay. He will invite you to a court as he said he has nothing and they can’t take anything. Be prepared to lose what you have put in.

Happy Nkhoma scam/ fraud
Con artist, scamster. Happy Nkhoma has defrauded our business out of R460,000.00 plus. We have used lawyers to try recoup funds - we have offered a settlement agreement to Happy Nkhoma for the low amount of R40,000 he has fallen to empty promises to pay, which has been a excuse for over 3 months plus. He has sent us racist messages. He is very nice when we speak to him but it’s to only convince us that he’s going to pay. We always give him the benefit of the doubt but each time it’s been a trap to buy more time and make a fool of us. We have tried all possible available avenues to fix this. Be warned if you do business with happy you will Lose your money. Do not deal with Happy Nkhoma he’s going to drive you into a wall.

Diraro transport away to sure have major problems when it’s payment time STAY Away
Transportation owners remain as far away as possible from Diraro Group as for my experience. They refuse to pay what is agreed to, they will only pay what they want to pay when they want to pay. I am a truck owner and have since working under the loading of Diraro only but lost my business and major set back in income. I have yet to receive payment on two Loads between Brits and Durban. As per the CEO saying we would get the two payments in a matter of weeks and must just bear with them as there is a process today we are 4 months over that period and no payment received or a call to allow for why we I have not been paid. I advise all owners to stay very far away from any contract or loading with or associated with Diraro Group ! Poor example of a major hauling company. Would rather not work than work to be messed around

Happy Nkhoma (KKI Investments) major warning
Happy Nkhoma, is a union worker (claimed to be) works for York Timbers in Sabie as a union negotiator. Happy Nkhoma has a number of businesses that he has and uses to conduct business such as he has done to our business. He is extremely kind, polite and not against anybody. However once he has agreed he is very much happy to manipulate the situation and run around making empty commitments, when he’s put into a corner he’s also very much happy to throw racial issues and finger point at White people. Be warned he is a man that will make you possibly lose everything and not gain anything for a positive outcome. Happy Nkhoma borrows money on a agreement you move and ignore commitments not adhering to his own agreements
Happy Nkhoma is a employee of York timbers he is also very proud not flaunt the name as a respectable and honest man. However expect everything but respect and honor. Will say and do anything to manipulate you and ensure you don’t have want is agreed on. He will move the goal post for months not following though with his commitments will be very happy to use names of companies as credibility such as York Timbers, and ANC government but all without there knowledge and approval.
