Where are my sewing machines Ice Sewing Solutions?

Delivered my 3 sewing machines to Wickus Steyn of Ice Sewing Solutions on 22 September 2017. He had to order parts. After a few months he changed his cellphone number and I couldn't get hold of him. After extensive research did I find his new number and now they are ignoring my requests on when I can collect my sewing machines. This is nearly three years later.
