I payed R1000,00 on my account the cashier registered R100 only, I did not check the receipt immediately after payment. When I check the statement I called their head office to complain the lady was rude refused to take my complaint.
BAD SERVICE REGARDING ACCIDENT CLAIM/ CKP2197961/1 I always loved king price under the impression their slogan for royal service is what everyone receive.my car was involved in an accident on the 28/ 08/2020 morning, i called them to register claim I was told to wait they will call back to register the claim. I waited from 28/ 08/ 2020 till the 03/09/2020 after I called again being taken pillar to post the whole day. My claim was finally registered late around was 4pm.the vehicle was assessed on the 04/09/2020 i hoped at the 07 or 08/09 2020 as they r the ones delayed. I had to call again on the 09/09/2020 taken pillar to post again.@ about 16h45 I receive a call from them telling me they r trying their best a claim takes 6 working days for approval and they are failing to get hold of third party.I' have never been disappointed and frustrated like this seriously I'm struggling to work without a car, I' have comprehensive package with access of rental car. they have been taking my money every month for this frustrating, service I'm receiving right now. I never thought I would go through this with a royal service promised.
