BAD SERVICE, WILL NEVER RECOMMED PMD
I am very disappointed in PMD, bad service, I have to phone every time to follow up, then at the end of business day when I am busy driving I get an sms stating they tried to phone but could not get hold of me.. I submitted a claim on the 7th of February 2022, today is the 2nd of March 2022, almost a month and still.... they are busy with the claim... its by their investigators.... they are quick to take your money, but when they need to pay out a claim, you don't get feedback and they take their time. I have read the complaints on PMD and it scares me now... claims being rejected for simple reasons, just for them not to pay out. this is ridiculous. This will also be reported to the Ombudsman How can you wait a month or longer for a claim to be finalised.

WE WERE AT THE NEW STORE ON FRIDAY 16/09/2020. SHARP EDGE YOU SHOULD MOVE BACK TO SANDTON CITY, BECAUSE YOUR PRICING IS RIDICULOUS. A KNIFE WE BOUGHT NOT EVEN A YEAR AGO IS PRICED MORE THAN DOUBLE. COLD STEEL LUZON MEDIUM WE PAID R400 NOW ITS R925 THE LARGE LUZON WE BOUGHT WAS R1000 NOW R1300. WE HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF RANDS IN THE PAST AT YOUR STORE... YOU WILL NOT SEE OUR BUSINESS AGAIN
