******** ************** against 2 white innocent staff members extreme misconduct by the owner of the company, swearing and insulting an employee to a point of suicide got told to **** off after bringing up a racial matter has 6 ******* Zimbabweans with ******* identification documents that the owner had gotten for them ******** ************** against office staff the smoke cigarettes after being informed that they are a cigarette smoker ******** acts of collusion in bribing staff members to stand against one employee and to spin stories and lies to get him fired gives all staff members except one staff member an annual increase and December bonus continuously setting one staff member up to fail the owner is constantly manipulating all staff members to fear her
The sapo has been, for the past 15 years, an utter disgrace with their service, i recently was sent 2 parcels from the UK which arrived at JIMC A AIR facility August 27th, 2020, it was suppose to be available for collection September 7th, 2020 but, the saouth african post office has held up their digusting service and my parcels ar still at the JIMC A AIR facillity, originally it was suppose to be 7 to 10 callender days and i would have my UK parcels, as it is stated on the useless sapo web page, but with the current issues and stae of affairs since 1994, the sapo has lost all credibility, not to mention the rest for the south african services. This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE, a total embarrasment to us as a people. Following numerous telephone calls and e-mails to sapo AND JIMC A AIR, guess what, NOT A SINGLE PERSON ANSWERS THE TELEPHONES NOR DO THEY REPLY TO E-MAILS, NOTHING AT ALL. I had spoken with a lady at the glenvist post office, jhb south, and she at least tried to help me. But she couldn't do more than what she could at the time because of the sapo itself. They need to wake the hell up and work. All i want to know is what the damn delay is, why is there a delay, when can i collect and where do i collect from WE ALL DESERVE ANSWERS, DO WE NOT
Absolutley no service what so ever!!!! I have two parcels that arrived from the UK on august 27th, 2020, and they are still sitting at JIMC A air customs. I have sent numorous emails and have telephoned you at least ten times since the September 4, 2020, to no avail. Not a single reply to any of my emails nor do they answer the telephones. It is beyond a disgrace. I yet to receive a responce from you.
