I am deeply disappointed by the lack of service I experienced with my recent McDonald's order (order number 203-07/06/2024-720). Despite placing an online order, after more than an hour it was never delivered, prompting me to visit the restaurant myself. To exacerbate the situation, upon arrival, I was denied reimbur*****t for the delivery fee. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Furthermore, the unavailability of customer care (0860623623) aggravated the frustration, leaving me feeling utterly neglected as a patron. I urge McDonald's to address this issue promptly and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Is this a **** or what. On 18 Jan I made an application with them after I cancelled another useless ISP, Supersonic. I contacted Cool Ideas immediately after I cancelled with supersonic even sending the cancellation confirmation. Their website said 24 to 48 hours for router delivery. We are now in more than a week 26 Jan and no router or communication. My work has suffered as result of CI "promises". The owner of my previous house is already active with MWeb and Vuma Reach. How is this Octotel and their ISP's operating??
Why are you even a company??? My package is stuck for 2 months in your disfunctional warehouse. I want to appoint a private company to drop my stuff off...How?
I've had the same problem everyone else have but, I've come up with a trying solution. I've paid these crooks (manicaa) through a company called PAYFAST. i'm directly involving them into my dispute as the website did not give me an option to pay the crooks directly from my credit card. I was under the impression that PAYFAST will secure the purchase amount until me or the courier company inform them that delivery was made. Should I take this complaint to the next level, pastfast will be cited
