I purchased a Ford Everest at Gys Pitzer Motors, Silverlakes and also traded in my old vehicle. Jurie, the salesperson, was very professional, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to answer all our questions and to address/resolve all our concerns. Buying a car at Gys Pitzer motors and trading in my old car was an absolute joy, thank you very much. Everything was arranged smoothly and delivered as promised - I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

ABSA Credit Card Delivery
I received a call today from DSV Couriers to arrange delivery of my Credit Card. I was shocked to hear the follow terms for delivery: "The card will be delivered within the next 2 to 4 working days. NO time or date will be given for delivery and nobody will call me before the delivery is made". How ridiculous is that! Do they really expect me to sit at home for 2 days and wait for the delivery, since I have no idea when it will come? This creates lots of frustration for myself and probably for the courier company, since they will most likely arrive at the delivery address and then there is nobody to receive the delivery. Then they have to come back at another time, which is probably wasting a lot of money and time. In my mind it would be a lot more efficient to call me on the day of the delivery and give an estimate of the delivery time (surely they must have some idea which cards will be delivered every day). They can then call again say 30 min before delivery to confirm the exact time. These 2 phone calls will save a lot of frustration, time and money.
