Poor Service for this industry

I ordered bricks, cement and sand and they were supposed to be delivered on 16/09/2020 in the morning. They arrived as they said they would, but with only half the order. I have a team at my place sitting around doing nothing, as the second half of my order still hasn't arrived. After calling them they said that the truck was full, so they could only load half the order and that the rest of the order would not be delivered until after 12:00pm. This is really bad service and has cost me a half a days wagers.
