They will make sure to keep the deposit amount
They will make sure that they cash out some (if not all) of your deposit amount. The car was returned with no scratches. During the initial inspection (before taking the car), the car had minor spots on the rims and we were reassured that the spots were fine since they were not scratches. When we returned the car, in the same condition, those spots were used as a way to take R800.00 of my deposit for that. It seems this is their business model. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Rather go for something reputable.

Lost all my booking fee
I booked a car rental with First Car Rental on booking.com. I accidentally chose a wrong time, I noticed this a few minutes after booked so I amended the pick-up time and the app showed that the time was amended. I expected an email to show the amended time but I did not receive it so I took a screenshot for the record. When I was getting the documents ready a night before pick-up I noticed that the pick-up time was changed to the initial wrong time. I immediately contacted booking.com. It felt like I was chatting to a chat-bot. They made stupid excuses and blamed me instead. I even asked to send them proof but the person/chat-bot on the other end called Emanuel said that even if I send the proof they will not be able to help me. Needless to say that I did not get any refund non whatsoever. So be careful of this useless platform.

Massive delays in Price.
Therefore's something VERY WRONG with the platform! The AUD account is non the better! I opened a position at 02H30 (local time, SA time), the position was in "Pending positions" from the time I placed a trade until 06H00, FYI, you can't access the funds during this period. Today, the ZAR account is also acting up, City Lodge share price has not moved form (268) since 09H50 till now, 17H00. Meanwhile, Investing.com and google finance show a steady increase in price which is currently at 297. This is very concerning. You might want to stay away, check out their competitors e.g Driveweath.
