My mom has been BED RIDDEN FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS!!!! her debit card where her only income from SAASA goes into expired, We have since the beginning of November have been trying to get anyone to to anything to assist. From sitting in the branch for 2 hours for countless hours on the phone and whatsapp not one person wants to assist. We have been told to get curatorship which is impossible first because she is mentally fine just her body isn't and it take 2 years at least! The lack of knowledge by the employee's of Capitec is horrid. If you open a new account on the app you can get the card delivered but if you have had your account with them for YEARS and your card expires and you are physically disabled YOU CAN'T. Capitec for 2 months now I have had to borrow money to survive and get medication; would you prefer me to die rather than assist me?
Extremely disrespectful attitude and unprofessionalism of the management and staff. Customer requests are shouted down as if the customer has no right to ask for something to be done, nothing extra work wise but safety towards the car like locking it once parked or putting the hand brake on. Have been numerous times but over the past few times the level has dropped drastically, items that were always safe in the car are now thrown away or taken and when queried you the customer is treated as the ***** and had my handbag searched. As if I would ***** my own gate remote! If a woman be careful as it is imp**** that because of your gender you know nothing about cars or how they should be washed.
