I was disappointed after bringing my wife's car for service and check up. We asked the dealer to check the car gearbox and clutch as it was making a funny sound. Allen Joss Mazda said they will have a look and quote. After we received a quote and submitted it to insurance, we got a call back from the insurance stating that they have interviewed the service consultant who said there was no check up done on the car and only a car service was done, which led to the claim to be rejected. This was a complete waste of my time as I thought I would receive professional service;I was misled. My car was quoted as if it was never in the shop,as if I self diagnosed the problem and submitted to insurance. Though that was my last time at Allen Joss Mazda, I'd appeal to your staff to take their jobs seriously and do what they say they will do, not misleading customers
