Rondevue ini boss. Poor customer service
Poor maintenance of the place. Rooms are dirty and there is no house keeping. When electricity goes off there's no back up and worse even the goes off with the electricity. The staff and management do not care at all. Instead they were annoyed by our request for service

Sondela Nature Reserve Does not have customer service
I don't even know where to begin the way I am heartbroken💔we booked with sondela Nature Reserve in June 2024 for 3 nights day between the 5th to the 8th December 2024. On Thursday the 5th of December 2024 on arrival at the security gate we discovered that our reservation was not on the guest list. We informed security that the reception said our keys will be left at the gate because we had called earlier on the day that we are running late. We were shocked that we are not on the guest list and security called the manager who was on shift that night it was around 7:30pm. The manager just told us we are not confirmed and there is nothing he can do we must return back. We were 15 women at night. He didn't care what was happening to us even after security told him we have proof of payment and emails. The treatment we received was so disgusting and disrespectful. Even now we been taken to Pillar to post for our refund.

They good at ignoring complaints. 5 months and i am still waiting for my refund.

MTN South Africa Double Debited Me and They Have Not Refunded Me.
In May 2020 I was double debited on my account and i went to mtn east mall to find out what happened and i was told to call customer service. Which i did and was taken to pillar and post. Until in June 2020 I was told I my account will be credited back and was given a reference no to follow up within a week and i called again and was informed my query is still open. And in July same thing. In August i called again and was told same thing and given another reference no. To date i am still not refunded or my query being resolved. I am so angry and annoyed at the bad service MTN is giving. I am a loyal customer but now i just feel i need to shop somewhere else just waiting for my contract to end with them because the service is really poor.
