Wonderful after service from Netflorist in particular Micheala who remained calm and collected when I queried re imbur*****t after cancelling an order !
If you ever want to be part of a medical aid whose customer service consultants are trained to enthusiastically help you leave the medical aid .....join Sizwe Hosmed ! Call to query reimbur*****ts and if you are lucky enough you will be calling every seven days for 6 months.Cut calls, dropped calls breaking lines...you will not be able to query anything. Hilda tops the team when she tells you that that it's not her problem if you are a member...you should know how to submit reimbur*****ts....because after 6 months of not being told there is a problem you should know. I suppose she's a consultant and if you are a member ...you are psychic. If you wanted to know why they underwent administration ....now you know. Need to join a medical aid ....join some one else !
A huge thank you to Ron and his team for their amazing service!My aging Yaris was begining to sound like a truck. As a female driver it is so refreshing to have a problem explained to me in laymans terms and to have someone take the time to explain what value I would be getting for the money I was paying (which was lower than what I was prepared to pay). They even went out of their way to advise and help me with another mechanical problem without taking a cent. Now that's what you call service!
