I struggled with their accounts department all morning while they suspended my account after sending multiple proof of payments. It took 4 representatives to assist! Finally I spoke to the best employee Muziwakhe Gumede, his assistance was brilliant! He was so patient and helped in every possible way he could! He was the sole reason I will remain a customer!

Scam!! Home + Luxe Interiors!
I wish to inform the public that I have been scammed by individuals who created a forged link on a reputable online entity’s Instagram account that redirected to a fraudulent website that appears like the reputable online purchase entity’s website. I purchased furniture on the website and made payments. I was under the impression that I am linked to Home + Luxe Interior’s website when I made the purchase. I made the subsequent payments, received an Invoice. When my delivery was not made as promised, I contacted the number that appeared on the website as contact number, and I was assured that I could expect my delivery the next day. That assurance was given every time I followed up, but no delivery was made. The contact number was 078 261 5645. The website I was redirected to was https://nomeluxefurniture.compamy.site/. The website of the reputable entity is https://homeluxeinterior.co.uk/. Caution when you do online purchases from Home + Luxe Interior. • Make sure that you do the purchases from the correct website; • Ensure that the invoice received has the correct detail and that you receive your invoice before making any payments.

Disgusting!! 4 days late! All goods damaged!
This was by far the most disgusting service I have ever used! My truck was 4 days late with a different excuse every time, all of my items were damaged, including an old antique mirror passed down in my family. Craig was my sales rep who is a lying, cheating thief. I paid my deposit well in advance and they still demanded the rest of the money before my truck had even arrived (4 days late) they stopped my truck on the side of the road until I paid the balance of a truck that hadn’t even arrived and I didn’t know if it was ever going to arrive! I was told by Craig that “life happens” he was ****y and arrogant! I will never ever use this service again!! I was stuck without anything for 4 days in a brand new city with 2 dogs, sleeping on the floor! I am disgusted by Craig and his shocking service! I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else!
