Firstly I Rate your horrible services!!!!! a 0.0000 the consultant's are incompetent and they put you tru to i dont know who the **** who I'll never ever in my whole life advise anyone to ensure with FINRITE the worst ever they are unconsidered I'm waiting a ****ing month + for a phone I paid insurance for every month and paid R800 access fee this is not ****ing right I hope Theyll do something about it I'm so furious right now I am not leaving this here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, my name is Jermaine. I am struggling to get my phone after my claim was approved, I payed R800 access fee and I was promised a phone call within the next two days. I'm still going to the store for more than two weeks being on hold because sometimes they even offline. I do understand that Jet was bought and the system change, but I still had to pay my insurance and I just want them to give my a phone. Please help me! Jermaine K Thanks
