Packages are being delivered all over the place and back to where it came from, prolonging dates with no clear direction.
I am severely disappointed and will, unfortunately, never use them again. As my work needs me to do a lot of traveling, I need to pull favours for someone to be here ahead of time so the item can be collected. After requesting a refund since dates can not be planned ahead, this is the message I got: "Refunds will be split between original payment method for order value and Amazon Gift Card for shipping fees. TGP ELECTRONICS will process your refund. Estimated refund timing: 5-7 working days after they receive your return." Never again
ASUS TRASH! I bought 2 gaming laptops that cost me R20k each. Been having nonstop problems over and over again. Having to wait a month each time for it to come back. Only for them to never find the problem, after formatting and claiming they had inspected it. Now I am being ignored with a brand new out of the box ASUS TUFF gaming broken ass laptop.
It was some of the worst I ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have tried and tried and tried again. But I can no response from them, no help whatsoever! I have created 3 profiles as best as I could, truly the worst!!!!
Do NOT support ASUS!! I have made two purchases of the same laptop (ASUS TUF Gaming) purchased brand new. They are both giving me the same problems, during and after the warranty. Having reported this and sent to looked at over and over and over and over again, everyone just throws their shoulders in the air. It randomly restarts, I get random white, blue and black screens either flickering or just freezing the laptop. They have both lost their ability to use WiFi and one lost the ability to use Bluetooth. I warn you, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!! This is now a HUGE loss for me using money I did not have. I will never, ever support this company again and mark my words. I will tell everyone about this!!! 😡🤬

TUF Gaming laptops from ASUS is a MUST avoid at all costs! Being a proud supporter of ASUS for many years. I am extremely disappointed and without a doubt I regret purchasing the most defective computers I have ever received. Unfortunately this is not just one, but two of them as I have purchased giving me the same results and much worse. Having both of them randomly restart without warning during work, this has now turned into a huge mistake and a loss of income. To make matters worse, I also randomly get surprised by a blue/black/white screen. After sending the computers away hoping to have it fixed over and over and over again, during and after my warrantee. No one had any solutions which makes this my problem with no responsibility from anyone as no one can give me any answers or solutions. I will unfortunately spread this word of this extreme misfortune as this is now a loss of income for me coming from two of the exact same laptops bought with money I borrowed thinking it was a good investment. I am done being patient, trying and understanding with this. Just because you are purchasing a brand new laptop, it does not mean it will work like it is supposed to.

Purchasing two of the same (ASUS - TUF Gaming laptops), brand new out of the box laptops, they are both giving me the same problem and worse. Having sent the laptops back over and over again for repairs, formats and trying to find a solution ended up with no viable results. Having to even send this laptop to ASUS themselves showed no results as even they did not know the issue. Where I am sitting with these problems still during and after the warrantee. Think carefully about your next purchase as this is now the result of my own and continuous problems. As much as WootWare tried to help with this, I am still sitting with a defective product I paid top price for. Where my online stream of income is now yielding at a loss with no answers from either side. I strongly hate that I made these purchases for these defective products.
