Terrible service and waisting time. Then they have premises and give us another then when applying for it they say its not going to work. After months back and forth still in process of motivating letter, we get told oh we already signed someone else. Bianca you could have done better!
What a shocker moving from bmw to merc. And they dont have parts for a car. Yet they say its on back order. Its been 5 months without my car. How can you sell cars but dont have the parts. I expected better from Mercedes.
Good day, I was unable to received my parcel from highveld post office as it was closed since last year due to covid. I contacted head office customer service and no one could help me and said i need to go to lyttelton or eco park in centurion. Tracing my parcel it states its in highveld but the branch has closed. I went to eccopark and my parcel is not there. It was sent October 2020 i need my license. It is so frustrating that theres no update of where it is and i feel useless because theres no support from head office nor the branches and its been months now.
What a struggle to get moved from one person to another just to open a bank account. Working abroad it can get a bit tricky getting it sorted but actually its just as easy doing so online. Yet transferring large amounts of money but have not yet even received my cards. Everyday a new story and have to do international calls that cost me to find out where my cards are and im told that i will be informed when cards will be delivered as i signed rights to my parents to have access to my accounts to pay for my son and cards to be delivered to them. A month has passed and i returned home for a operation i still havent received my cards no follow ups i had to go to another branch to get a temporary card and called the branch where I originally opened my account and they resubmitted my new cards for me and stated they will be delivered to me. Its been over a week that i had no bank card to use my money to purchase food or travel. Thats why i had to arrange for someone to take me to a branch. I was told that now i have to collect my cards at a fnb branch and they will not be delivered to me. Since i opened my account its been a nightmare. At this point i feel like closing my account and go somewhere else. Fnb you have proven yourself as not a well managed or trained bank (business) nor customer satisfaction...
