Very very bad service
After struggling the whole day and keep on depositing they said my credit score went from 90 to 80 because i didn't withdraw the right way. So i started with a deposit of R250 then R450. After that they said i have to deposit another R1200 for the withdrawal to be complete. So that mean they took money and don't want to do my withdrawals!!!! The helper got rude and told me God he is busy and i keep on bothering him he is busy. I said to them i want my money back. Because they actually stole the from me. I DID WIN R11700 BUT NO THEY JUST SAY SORRY. After my winnings tand deposit there is R13500 and they don't want to give it back

Bonitas is USELESS
Bonitas is the most useless medical aid i have ever come about.I cant get hold of them and i have been trying to get a authorization threw from feb after they said we dont need any authorization we have cover for bloodtests.Not much but it is something.So i got a acc from the blood ampath that we own the money the medical aid doesn't pay for everything.But i phoned the before the time and they said that we dont need to worry.Know i can email and call i just get a computerise email.I said to them that i am going to hello peter to warn people.They really dont care we are just a number.

Mweb poor poor customer service
Very very poor customer service, we moved from one flat to a bigger house in the same estate and they had to move the fibe line.. They said i had to pay a penalty fee and i was quite dine with it because it was not a year that we had fibe in the one flat. The amount was at first wrong and i emailed them and they fixed it. AFTER MANY MANY calls and emails i still am waiting for any response. My end of the month statement i received end of September was an Amount of R1300+- and it state all the reinstallment and everything with the monthly installment. But guess what they deducted an amount of R1800 and no one can tell me where is the problem and no responds on my emails
