Lisa Thai Spa: I purchase a Spa voucher for 2 and it had an expiry date 3 months later. I explained I lost my brother over December and had to travel to Dbn. They refused to provide a service I paid for beacuse it was within a week expired. The person on whatsapp had no empathy and customer values. All they said is "We don't accept expired vouchers" Disgusted with the service.
Good Day I wamted to cancel my pet insurance with One Plan because in 2 yrs that I had the plan my pet never got sick. My pet got sick the night before the plan was supposed to be canceled. I told them on the app that I wanted to reinstate but no-one could help me reactivate my plan. I was stressed financially because my pets disc's has slipped and they wanted the payment for her MRI Scan and half the operation immediately! Lilo's operation came to R26 800 and had to take most of that of our Credit cards. After speaking to 4 different people I had no hope of recovering my funds to re-activating my plan, an agent even told me that they wanted to now exclude Lilo for her current illness for a year and take a new cover. At last straw I called Melvyn Petersen from retentions who previously tried to retaining my policy, offering me a payment holiday or to downgrade my plan. When I spoke to him in the past I was so busy with a newborn that I didn't speak long and told him I would think about it. He tried calling me so many times and I only saw my email from hom on the 4 Oct 2020 as it was on my outlook and I was on maternity leave. Anyway after my last call to him. He went out on a limb to assist me. He told me my policy was still active, I could just eft the one missed installment and that I can claim back. He then submitted all my paperwork for me and followed up with calms 2 or 3 times a day plus called and emailed me updates! Melvyn Petersen is so professional and dedicated to his work. One Plan is extremely lucky to have someone who works so meticulously! Thank you Melvyn and One Plan!
