Netstar must stop sending me threatening messages of handing my account over to collections. I cancelled my tracker because you did not help me recover my car! I had to recover my ****** car MYSELF! Then you debit me a cancellation fee of 2 months? Are you guy mad! On top of that I was the one calling the call centre everyday for assistance till this day Netstar never bothered calling me
I don't think I have ever received such treatment and service from the people who I am paying for safety. On the 24th of November 2025 I lodged a complaint that my car was ******. I was taken from Pillar to post by the consultants. When I called the departments back no one knew about Thato or Tsepho. I was then sent an Sms with the address of my vehicle because they could not help me. I went to where my vehicle was and I was locked in. When I called Netsar again I was told to produce a case number if I needed Assistance. A police van had to be called for me to be rescued from the address Netsar sent me, including my car. I cancelled my policy with them because they did not render any service to me. Now I am billed R921.56 from my monthly premium of R253.35 because I am cancelling. No one has ever called me since the 24 November to find out if my car was recovered or follow up on the case number they wanted. Today- 2 December 2025. The Supervisor of the emergency control department has the audacity to tell me that the reason Netsar wants a case number is because they have to "protect the company" so what about the customer and its safety? I will take you to the ombuds for my hard-earned money, we can go to court for all I care but I am not paying a cent more than my monthly premium because my car was never recovered by Netstar and on top of all of that, they put my life at a high risk
After having called and telling them my car has been ****** the only thing they can do is send me an SMS with the address of where the car is. So I must go and fetch it myself?! They are asking for all sorts of questions while I’m in a panic. How the Hell am I supposed to ask answer all these questions?! Now I’m being locked up where my car is. To Hell with my safety
I am highly disappointed with Telkom’s poor service and lack of proper account management. The call centre staff doesn't even care, not to mention their team leader, Musa, who was more than happy to transfer me to the Cancellation department because he cannot make a simple call to get my funds allocated to my account and get it opened. Te debit order went off on the 31 October 2025 and last night my lines were cut, now I have to wait 4-7 working days to get my lines back or cancel my contract if I am not happy with that!
I’m defeated Now! I honestly hate that I have to go this route every time I have a car claim with FNB. To the extent that I have opted to dealing with the Managers directly but no one seems to listen! Their repairer told them my car is booked in for repairs for the 17th November and today is the 15 October! Then their chosen repairer calls me to tell me they don’t have a towing vehicle to I must see how I get my car there! At this point I called their Manager and told her I’m not happy with this service and they should change the repairer. If the car is booked in for November, I still have to wait 30 days until they get the car parts so basically I’ll have my car next year . Once you write on Hellopeter you get a call from an arrogant consultant who doesn’t know what they are talking about, they get frustrated when you start asking questions and they start screaming at you! Ive honestly had it 😩
I don't know what **** this company and FNB insurance are playing at! Firstly, I don't understand why my car was towed here to begin with. Now no one can give me an accident report about my car. FNB is sending me to you and you are sending me back to them. I honestly don't have time for your mouse and cat games! Secondly, you have hired staff that lack customer integrity, no respect, ******** and rude! How can Dakane Maluleka be a team leader when she can not resolve small issues? What do you mean you can not give me the number of the branch that is holding my car if you have nothing to hide?
This has to be the worst insurance ever! My only damage my car has is a the rear bumper and back light, The insurance wrote the car off, towed it to GOBID without even consulting me, how is a car without a rear light undriveable? None of their consultants have answers about an accident report being done. GOBID is telling me that the insurance sends out a person to evaluate the car, the insurance knows nothing about that. I'm a fool between the 2 calling every day without any assistance!
I purchased a car in March 2024 with your tracker. No one bothered calling me to tell me that the tracker will now be changed to my name. Then you start sending me threat messages that you’ll blacklist me and all of a sudden I owe a huge amount! I’ve been trying to call your consultants asking them to show me proof that they send me communications stating that the tracker will be on my name and apparently this was done is March already. Now you want me to pay for 4 months?!
Port Alfred Seattle must just close down if they won’t hire competent people who know how to do their jobs! I tried getting assistance from Nokuthula who bluntly ignored me, left me there to go laugh with her friends. I had to get a manager to assist me. This is not the first time this is happening because she did the exact same thing with me last week!
This is week 3. 3 WHOLE WEEKS! And my car is not fixed by FNB. “Repairs might take up to 15 days” So after waiting and calling, emailing and getting no response i still have to wait for 15 days that’s “subjected to availability of parts” when does the 15 days start because the car is falling apart in my yard! FNB should just stick to banking and leave insurance to other people because you are pathetic at it including your agents and Manager to top it off! For 3 weeks I’ve been asking to speak to a manager and she’s not there all of a sudden today they have a manager but she wants to act holier than thou I have to run after her to get assistance.
