I am very unhappy with the service I am not getting from Netstar. After five days and numerous phone calls, the problem with the tracking unit on two of my vehicles have not been resolved. Nestar has confirmed that they did receive signals that both my vehicles have been stolen but they can’t explain why nobody ever contacted me. This is happening because the tags are not working. I spoke to a lady on Wednesday named Tracy and she promised me that she will resolve my problems. I am still waiting. I am going to cancel both my subscriptions and sign up with another company.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are overpriced and the quality of their work is very poor.
