Absolutely pathetic service from Amelia Anyman at NCCS. I was wrongfully receiving sms's for months, eventually received an email telling me to pay a bill I'd never even heard of or further action will be taken in 72 hours. I tried to argue the case but because I obviously didn't want further action to be taken I paid the bill. Minutes after I pay the bill they email saying it was billed to the wrong person and they are closing the account. I ask who will be refunding my money and she unhelpfully just said I must contact the original client EVEN THOUGH THE BILL WAS PAID DIRECTLY TO NCCS. Pathetic. Money thieves.
