Standard bank service levels have dropped from very poor to appalling and all communications are met with a labyrinthian electronic response, endless conditions and unrequested information. Having negotiated all of the above, no action from the bank is forthcoming with no explinations given!
I would like to acknowledge the professional and friendy service received from LHV when they quoted for and replaced my garaged door. The installation crew were very friendly and could not do enough to assist with resetting remotes etc.
MTNs hard sell phone interaction is extremely time consuming and complex. It appears like a simple matter when called but turns into a very laborious process, interrupting ones working day. When trying to conclude the transaction at an MTN store the nightmare continues with biometric data collection (although I have been a loyal customer for many years) etc. further compromising my work time!
Getting a claim settled by Santam is worse than ones worst nightmare!
It is with much gratitude that I am able to recommend Express Auto Electrical. They did all in their powers to source and get a scarce part for my car, all the time keeping me fully informed the whole on the process. Fantastic service!
I pay an additional amount to have a personal banker etc. and am provided with a very begrudging, heavy handed and unhelpful service. The bank should realise that they exist because fools like me choose to let them manage our money! If it was not so convoluted a process and if I had not been banking with them for more than 40 years I would seriously think of changing banks and most certainly would not recommend them to the new generation
We have been running an Air BnB for 4years now and have gained super host status and very good reviews and have made some good friends until we host a complaining guest. Air BnB does not consider past reviews or investigate further but acts unilaterally and is very unhelpful in sorting the issue out
I have dealt with this bank for upward of 35 years and have found them to be increasingly un-cooperative, inflexible, deterministic and mindlessly bureaucratic. A simple action such as clearing a credit card for overseas travel gets a bureaucratic life of its own not to mention getting a simple increase in limit!! Paying for the privilege of a personal banker worked well until recently when, although paying for this service it was not provided only to be eventually allocated a banker with an attitude!!!!!
Very reasonably priced best biltong and droewors I have found anywhere! Other products exceptional and reasonably priced and Bertus very knowledgeable on how to prepare the meat, different cuts etc. All in all a very worthwhile find.
Booked a flight and paid for it. The money was deducted from my account but I received no confirmation of booking. On following this up I was told that the they had cancelled the booking and the money would be refunded - over a week later and numerous phone calls etc. I am still waiting for the money!!!!!!! In the mean time - the price of the flight has increased dramatically and I am unable to book a flight until I get reimbursed. BEWARE - THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU USE FLIGHT CENTRE!!!!!!
