Wish I can say it was a pleasant experience. For a place that looks amazing from the outside, the service is VERY poor. On Sunday we booked in, when we got there we were received with a smile and given the keys to our unit. Walk into the unit- uncleared Went back to reception, we’re given another key Unit- DIRTY Back to reception. At this point we are disappointed but still optimistic to find a room. The lady at reception was so embarrassed and said that this happened previously in the day too. So we get more keys and walk into more dirty rooms, when we got to the 8th dirty room and back to reception, the receptionist decided that she will have a look for clean rooms instead of us. So she checked upstairs in the hotel at 2 rooms - Dirty Then 2 more and then finally she came back saying she found a clean room, that just needs 2 pillowcases. We were super exhausted at this moment, so we went to the room… Bed weren’t made properly, shower was dirty, dirty towels on the floor, then I just freaked out because I was tired from the long trip and having to wait so long. We went back and told the receptionist that it is not clean and she is out of options. She tried to call her managers, to no avail. Then she took a key and said she can get in trouble for doing this but she had no other choice, she took us to the presidential suite, she said that this has to be clean… No it was not!!! So again we wait in the reception area, she took 4 more keys and checked more rooms, no success. She finally got hold on a manager who then told her to check the suite rooms. Nothing! How is this possible? All of those rooms unclean? At 23:40 we were given a room that someone else had booked, but did not show up. I have heard many great things about this hotel, and I am sure this seems like a made up story, trust me I wish it was. The next morning we had to leave early for a diving trip and we were so exhausted from lack of sleep. I am so disappointed in the Selborne Golf Estate & Spa
After writing a review about service that I got in the store a week earlier, my review was attended to and I was very pleased with the customer service that I got this time around. My follow up visit to the store to rectify the problem was smooth and without a problem. Thank you staff and Eddie for fast and effective service. 'You people' ;) give customer service the the service it requires.
I had one of the most horrible moment talking to a lady at the customer service side in this Game store. I don't live very close to the game stores so when I do get a chance to go to town I will always stop at Game to get my things. But my trip there recently was so unpleasant, I was calm and relaxed asking questions about a Verimark product I brought in earlier this year that was faulty where they told me they don't give a refund, they fix it. So they took the product and now I have been informed that it has been destroyed as I did not come to collect, but I was told that I will receive an sms when the product is ready for pickup, which I have not received to this day. And the lady helping me kept referring to me as 'you people' . GAME store BETHLEHEM, please teach your staff some customer service!!!!
Great food and the service is good. Keep in mind this is not a fast food restaurant, quality takes time! The vibe is relaxed but joyous. The view is amazing. It is kids friendly. What makes this restaurant so special is that they sell true german sauces and products as well as beer. They have a deli where you can buy some delicious treats like home made nougat and truffles to take along for the road. PS : The brownies are the absolute best!!!
Highland Coffee The place where you feel at home surrounded by strangers. The setting is ideal for people who like to have a look into the mountains and have a view of town. They have a peaceful area at the back to enjoy time with friends and family. Then we get to the best of all, COFFEE they might have been 5th place in the shot in the dark coffee roasting competition, but they make the best coffee that I have ever tasted. Chris and his staff treat their customers with respect and is very friendly. Every morning have to start with a cup of Highland coffee then you have a great day!
The booking process was easy, within 25 min I searched, enquired, confirmed and paid my accommodation.
