Beard Mill aka Bread Mill

I ordered a cake for my daughter's milstone birthday. Only at the party did we notice that the 21st was printed 21ts. I contacted Bread Mill and there response was what made me take the matter further. They say that I was told to check the cake. This was a blatant lie! Cos no such think happened. There apology was in the form of a 20% discount on my next customized order! Why customised? So they could add extra ingredients?? No thanks. My daughters photo shoot was ruined. She felt embarrassed in front of her friend's and the sad thing is everybody remembered the poor wording instead of the good!
