Wing republic braam bad experience

We had a bad experience at wing republic in braamfontien by DE Beer street . Our food came came with a flie on the pork rack, when we complained to the manager he made a statement and said that" the flie could come anywhere and that their kitchen was very clean". One of the waiters who was serving us even said that we don't talk like people when we raised the matter. The manager further continued and said that the matter was not that big and that, he would just remove the flie instead of giving us new platter. He was very ****y and arrogant.
