Hi I'm Moipone Moneke My husband is selling his house is been three months since he signed the contract now the agent and the attorneys they not taking our calls. When we sold the house we where convinced that is a cash sale. Only Wig is scamers. I ordered they delivered total different products from what I ordered. I route to them ask for refund they offered 10% I refused. They then asked me to return the package. They asked not to return to the return address but to China they provided the address I went to the post office they said I can't post to China as the borders are closed due to Corona and is not possible that the package is from China cause the date I received the package the china's borders were still closed I wrote to them again and they said they will give me 30%.i refused and returned the package when China borders where opened only to find out it cost same amount of money I purchased the items with Two weeks after the package was returned to me. I wrote to them they still offering me 30%
Hello peter Bought wigs from this company online found them on Facebook and I am very disappointed. This business is advertising miss leading ads or should I say false ads. I ordered 6 wigs from them they delivered wrong and fake items when requested refund the offer 30% or I pay for return fee and I'm not supposed to return the package on the return address. They sending some Chinese address and if it get lost they not going to refund please help
Good day.. I trust this mail finds you well. My payment package is R467pm and I pay deligently yet I always experience problems with Rain. Last month you debited the full amount but I was only activated 2weeks later. This month you debited half the amount (R269) and I have not been actived again.
