Worst moving experience of my life. The packing was done **********ly with cleaning products packed on top of electrical extensions, which I had to throw out because a full bottle of domestos leaked all over the box. The cleaning products were packed upside down into the box. Shower gels, bath oils etc were packed on too of books. Garage stuff were packed on top of wrapping paper and other kitchen stuff which was on top of my dog carriers. No logic to the packing what so ever. They damaged a number of my furniture, gardening tools and my tumble dryer. My paintings were NOT wrapped as promised, and I am still hunting for a canvas picture that was supposed to be wrapped with the paintings. My piano was damaged with gouges in the wood and I will not know the extent of the damage to the rest of the piano until the technician can come out.l to assess the piano. In general it was a terrible experience with staff being rude and refusing to listen to any concerns. I will never recommend their services to anyone.

Placed an order, got the notification that the driver is picking up and that’s it. Nothing more. 3 calls, 3 different agents, 3 dropped calls. It is now 3 hours since my order was supposed to be delivered and yet, no delivery. Asking to speak to a team leader got me put on hold and then the call was dropped. Is this the way SA customer care is going?
We booked tickets to Zanzibar in December with Mango, however Mango have canceled our return flight on 20/12/2020 and they are not prepared to help us in any way. We have been trying to contact them to find out what is going on but nothing. Nobody can tell us what is going on and the one person we did finally speak to, told us that December is still very far in the future, they will most probably contact us in a week or two. This is the worst experience with any airline company I have ever had.
