Excellent service
I have worked with medical aids for over 10 years and would like to commend Medihelp on the service. Consultants are always friendly and professional. The time to answer the calls are excellent. Other schemes can really learn from this. Never left with questions after a call.

BAD service and Lies about rules of termiantion
These people do not even deserve a 1 star. They lie and give *****ulent detail. i wanted my contract cancelled 10 mins after i received the phones. the 1 heated up in 10 minutes and the other, i have not even opened. Now i need to fight to get the contract closed but the sales consultant said 14 days to terminate. Now they are saying it takes 30 days and its been two days but no collection. Apparently, the open phone needs to go to OBF. So even though i said cancel, they still do not want.

*****ulant service/ Lies
This is the worst experience and ***** as the same time. I bought 2 S26 phones. Yesterday i got it. I opened the one and found in 10 minutes that it heated up. I called them and told them that i want to cancel the contract. I was told that i have 14 days to cancel if i am not happy. Now i was told that i will have to wait 30 days for cancelation. in which they will take a debit order for the phones. The closed phone will also , will take 30 days. Do not take a contract with these people as they lie and now want to take debit orders even though they have taken the admin fee already and i said that is fine. They are cooks and i am taking them to the ombudsman.

BAD SERVICE FROM BEST ELECTRICAL IN TSHWANE
Good day, To anyone that likes a product at Best electrict..It has been the worst experience in my 20 years of purchasing furniture. I have only enjoyed my funiture for a month and since then it broke. Up to now 3 weeks later no one communities or comes to fix it. The store manager has informed me that all the branches only have one man that installs .. REALLY. that is bad service. I am taking them to the OMBIDS MAN if they do not refund me as the material that there bedroom sets are made from is bad quality as well.. OS IF YOU WANT A BAD EXPERINCE AND WANT TO FIGHT.. then buy from Best electrical.
