My application for a rental for my son has been jeopardized because TPN rated me as highly unlikely to afford the monthly rent and likely to squat! Their information on my report is not correct and outdated. They show I still owe on my home which was paid off after my husband passed away. Cannot be trusted 😡
As a recently widowed woman, I felt that I needed to up my security at home and requested a quotation to get an already installed system upgraded and connected. My husband and I had bought our house three years prior. A very nice woman came to do the quotation for me, and I mentioned to her that the previous company had indicated that the sensor's would need replacing. She confirmed then that there was nothing wrong with them, just the batteries had to be replaced as they were wireless. I received a quotation which seemed acceptable and I then made full payment as requested before any work was done. On arrival the technical team discovered that the system was outdated and they could not use it. I received a second quotation which I then declined (I have a very tight budget being on my own) and requested a refund. I was then "gifted" the additional quotation by the company, seen as though it was "Woman's Month" and they wanted to assist me. Of course, I was very taken aback and thrilled and accepted with thanks. The technical team then came and installed the keypad and other items which I am not sure of. Unfortunately the sensors would not respond to the system and then they checked and found that most of the sensors had battery acid that had leaked and damaged them. A third quotation was sent which I then declined once again due to financial constraints. They now are refusing to give me all my money back, claiming admin fees, technical call out and for the items they installed (which were meant to be free of charge). So I have now lost money and still have no extra security which was my initial mission. It's not my fault that the original quotation was not dome comprehensively which would have prevented all of this. I am totally shocked by this service!
Very helpful once you have paid your deposit, been waiting over 60 days (contract says deposit refund will be done within 30 days) for my refund for H402 TMM Lofts Potchefstroom. I was promised a refund at month-end January when I queried it in early January 2021. Still no joy, and my emails were blocked from their side. Now I've been promised in February .... unacceptable!
