I'm quite disappointed with the service I've received from Santam so far. I haven't received any meaningful feedback. It feels like I'm doing all the legwork, calling them every day to get an update, rather than them keeping me informed about the progress. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend Santam to anyone.
I'm extremely disappointed with the call center agent I spoke with. She was very rude. It's surprising that the company didn't provide adequate training on how to pitch to clients and handle calls professionally. The agent failed to ask if it was a convenient time for me to speak, and she abruptly ended the call. As someone who works for a corporate company, I expect a certain level of professionalism. 0100549207

Horrible experience ever, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They will never informed if they are having issues on their side. I had to call , that's when I was told about the fibre break that took an entire week to restore They were quick to switch off my connections, they never responded, as to why should I be paying a full amount if I didn't have connection for an entire week.
