I phone 2 weeks ago to install a netstar unit in my Ford Raptor and cancel the one in my Prado in JHB, I was told that this is not a problem and that they will have it done before I take delivery of the Raptor in JHB . This WAS NOT DONE , 2 weeks later it’s still not done . I was phoned yesterday by a person that couldn’t care less about me or the tracker to make an appointment for 12 today , at 11h30 Netstar arrives and leaves because they need a special place to fit my unit this after I told him Netstar have installed 5 other units on these premises before ! Netstar your service is non exciting , you are the worst company and I will not recommend you to any person ever !
Its not often that you find a bunch of people so passionate in what they do as Neville and his team ,I can see this is clearly not just a job but a way of life. Neville and his whole team have been on time and professional from beginning till end in the time i have done business with them ,and if something should go not as planned as cars do sometimes Neville would have a no excuse policy and go out of his way to assist you , I thank you for the service and would recommend you, your team and definitely the product to all car lovers!
