Ooh la la baba bad bad service and no response on delivery

This lady is not communicating with her clients i ordered baby shoes from her on the 13th of November 2020 and she told me on the 17th of Nov the shoes are done and she will courier it the next day and that it will be in time for my photoshoot. On the 19th November i asked her when will the parcel be delivered and of she can provide me a waybill number and her reply was she did noy send the parcel to me because she needed my adress, but she never asked me that she needs my adress to send the number normally they deliver from one post net to the next as she knew where my city's PostNet was. She then told me that she will have to send the parcel overnight to get it to me and i will have to pay exstra as it was my fault. I was so upset and told her couriers wouldn't deliver in time and she blocked me I paid in full on the 13th to get tha shoes made and it cost me R700 with courier. She still did not respond to me and blocked me off of her facebook page
