CAPITEC bank The Reef Dinwidy
My wife went to deposit cash at the ATM at the reef shoping center the mechine took her cash and it still has not reflected in her account. She went in the branch and she was told it will get investigated and in 14 days to a month she might get the cash back. We need that cash sooner like yesterday she is out of pocket 😭

Bad insurance
I was driving my jeep home from work and I got court in a flash flood. My car was written off and I had a fall short insurance on my insurance policy the car was paid out the bank LESS R2700 and now in in trouble thanks to king price

Fiber
I sighed up for fiber connection more than a month ago I was told my ariais covered when I signed. The router was sent to me a few weeks ago, I have been calling the help line to find out when they will come to install it and I never got an answer told that they will get back to me. They never did and today when my wife phoned they say now we are not covered. When I went to the Alberton City Mall shop on Saturday where I signed up that it's now not there problem they only sell the product and refused to help me.

I oerded adjustable-glasses from them around August 2020. I'm still haven't recieved tham. I've sent a few emails and had no reply.
