Marah and Co/TS Rack
I have still not received my refund. My order was put through and paid for on the 22nd July 2020. I never received my order but have only got excuses and stories. They told me after I posted here last time that they would do it by the 10th of December and nothing. I reminded them on the 8th, was ignored on the 10th. No refund still. It’s the 16th - nothing.

Marah and co is there hope at the end of the tunnel?
I have since received a message via Instagram to say that I will be refunded by the 10th of Dec. I await my refund. Let’s see.

No products received, no refund as promised. Just excuses.
I ordered items to the value of R2209 from Marah and Co in July 2020. They informed me of a 6 week waiting period. After many ignored messages and enquiries made by myself the company offered me a refund or a voucher. On the 16th October. I asked for a refund. They asked for my banking details and then week after week they gave me excuses about why the money was not paid. They then ignored my messages through the beginning of November until the 19th of November when they messaged me via Instagram to inform me that they having a hard time etc and they have decided not to do refunds because of their financial position. They would only refund 20% of my purchase and either reorder the same things or place a new order for me. I have asked for a refund. No reply yet.
