I am pretty unhappy that I am unable to give a zero star rating as that is what Flushcon truly deserve. this review is based on personal experience from Flushcon based in Pietermaritzburg. At first the owner Nic gives you this opinion that customer serves is key etc etc etc until such a time that he has received his money in full then he is no longer bothered. Flushcon was tasked to remove and fit a new bath in the same position that the old bath was. this task was done and the tiler came and carried out the tiling. on inspection after returning back home from work i noticed a strip of plastic had been installed around the bath. After questioning the tiler i was informed that the gap between the bath and the wall was to big and therefore the plastic strip had to be installed. Nic blamed the tiler himself as the tiler apparently gave him the go ahead for the position of the bath. fast forward 3 week to about 4 days before the bath issue was to be resolved, i received a call from Nic stating that he was not going to sort out the bath for free and then subsequently blamed me for the bath not being installed correctly. long story short Flushcon was paid in full for the work done and i am currently having to engage in the services of a competent service provider in order to correct the defects left by Flushcon. Below is a snag list of items that was sent to Flushcon of which owner Nic acknowledged but now refuses to rectify: Installation of new interior door - cannot close Installation of new bath - incorrectly installed Installation of new shower hose in bathtub - installed incorrectly and we cannot use it. Further to this the shower door leaks of which was reported to Nic and nothing has been done to rectify this. the only positive thing that has come from this experience is coming across Midlands plumbing and owner Chad whom has gone the extra mile to assist me with additional work at my property.
