I had a contract with Telkom since 2017 I never had problems all of a sudden they make extra charge on my account from August 2024 they increase my contract from R270 to R389… I called them on the 2nd September to ask them what’s happening they said its subscriptions on my account I asked how they said it’s a technical problem they will fix it and she’s escalating my matter, I wanted to know what’s the turnaround time she said she can’t say what’s the turnaround time….. again I received an invoice for the following month that says R618, I went to the store to ask them what’s happening they said they don’t see any subscriptions on my account but we must call Telkom billing department to find out I called them they told me that it’s a technical issue again and they have cancelled it so month end I’ll pay R270 not R618…. Come month end they took R618 I disputed the debit order on my app… they made I debit check on the 2 October 2024 I called them to pay back my money they are saying they have escalated the matter again and they don’t have a turnaround time I must just wait so I’ve been waiting for them for over a month now still there’s no turnaround time 😭😭😭😭 today I received another invoice that says R922 that time I’m only receiving 120GB😭😭😭 I’ll call them tomorrow morning but still I know they’ll tell me they don’t have a turnaround time what they can do is to escalate the matter…. I can’t anymore this is too much
I just bought beacon king burgers at Burger King lambton…. And they only put one stripe of bacon why and they made us to wait long while we were using drive through on top of that they give us burgers with 1 stripe of burgers but at Alberton we get enough bacon….
Today I was at Alberton jimmy’s killer fish & chips I was not happy with the waiting time, I waited for 45 minutes to receive my JK47 that tasted very bad and it didn’t have cheese what a waste of time 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 And the staff don’t even bother to tell you that your order will take longer
I’ve sent 2 surrender forms via email, they keep on sending me messages that they require bank statement, ID copy, proof of residence and tax number which I did send to them but still I haven’t received my money today they sent me a message saying: Metropolitan: We have closed your surrender request on policy due to outstanding requirements. For queries: 0860724724.... do they even check their emails? When I call the number they place me on hold until my airtime runs out
