Very Disappointing service on my Wedding Day.

I had the most disappointing experience on my wedding day. The owner Ingrid was not present to ensure that my vision was executed, she sent her staff, who messed up my decor and table setting. the items that I had requested was not provided, substitutes were given that was not agreed upon. table cloth had a hole in it, stage decor was not per what we agreed. This company took it upon themselves to do what they thought I wanted rather than give me what I actually wanted. I would not recommend this supplier. Please consider using a supplier that had more standards.
