Best value for your money
I am properly impressed with the service we received from Ulwazi Rock Lodge. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our host was unfortunately sick, but always called to check that we are comfortable and well taken care of. We had everything at our disposal, from cutlery/dishes , to dining and sitting areas, to the view outside. The place was just perfect for our couples retreat and we definitely got best value for our money. Thank you, Precious

Empty promises and no delivery
I have been more than patient with WA Auctions and gave the "new management" a benefit of the doubt, but its seem that all that we get are empty promises and no delivery. I have 4 invoices that are fully paid. I only received items from one of those invoices (one of which was an incorrect item that I am still waiting for. I have an invoice that is dated 9 July 2020 which was paid for on 13 July 2020 and to date, and I am still waiting for my package. Nothing frustrates me more than speaking to the same person and getting the same answer, no one to escalate the matter to, no manager of complaints that we have access to. Just contact with the Admin Chantel lady who is not even friendly.
