Very Poor Customer Service
On the 14 Nov 2020 I called to have my dealer deposit refunded. I spoke to Thulisile & she requested proof of banking details. I forwarded it on the same day. 16th I sent her a follow up email which she confirmed receiving. 19th after calling numerous of times I just found it extremely difficult to get hold of her. 23rd & 26th I resent follow up emails & still got no response. I got hold of her on 03/12/2020, She told me that the money was paid to me already. I disputed that I never received any money. She outright told me that its impossible & that she will get the proof of payment & forward it to me. But as usual no correspondence from her again. On the 7th I attempted calling again & ended up speaking to Trevelynn, her version turns out the payment was coming back as incorrect bank account. I sent her my BANK STATEMENT on the same day. I sent her a follow up email & tried calling numerous of times. But yet again I receive no correspondence from her either. This is utterly pathetic service.
