Worst experience from the Randburg branch. The guys working on the vehicles don’t seem to know anything about vehicles, yet they are testing the vehicles. Probably the worst service I have ever had. These guys are money grabbers. I bought a s****** which had been in an accident and the speedometer was taken off the bike which was very clear and evident that it didn’t have one on my arrival. I had photos however of the mileage etc… had one of the guys just said to me that the bike won’t pass without the speedo being on the bike and that I get that sorted before and then come along all would have been good but they proceeded to ride the bike around and do all the checks and told me that my 2 stroke engine has problems because it smokes too much and they weren’t happy about that, I mean duh, that’s what 2 stroke bikes do, also that one light bulb was only working but the switch wasn’t on for both bulbs which I explained that the 2nd bulb does work if you put the switch on. Clearly the staff have no idea how a motor bike/s****** works. These were also marked negatively on the bike along with the speedometer frustration. These guys are sharks and knew right from the on set of me arriving that the s****** wouldn’t have passed because of the speedo not being on in the first place, yet they carried on with the checks and claimed they provided me with a service so they will not give me a refund on a test that didn’t need to be performed in the first place. I am shocked at the ethics of your business practice and if that’s the way you deal with customers then I hope karma comes back to bite you
