On the 29th/09/25, I took my car to service at 85376, Job card 19974. They did not check everything and I had issues with the car days later when I drove the car, as I work from home. The engine light came on and I contacted them. They told me to bring back the car, I did and they kept it for 2 days. They told me spark plugs have erosion, even after I have told them I do not wash the engine, my chat is why did they not notice this on the 1st service? They did a horrible job and they put my life in danger. Now they claim spark plugs are not covered and I need to pay to replace them. However, on the warranty book spark plugs are included and says it should be replaced at specific intervals and does not say anything about paying. So I am taken for a fool. I was also advised I will be called a few days after I fetched my car because they had claimed something that was under warranty and it will be replaced. I am driving up and down a car that might breakdown due to incompetence of the technicians there. The replacement of the spark plugs is on 8.2.
Disappointing service to say the least, I have been waiting for my Shien order, and there is no sense of urgency from this company. They keep on giving excuses for a strike while other companies are delivering on time. I am going on holiday this weekend and I do not have my order. I have even suggested picking up, however, that is also not an option. Such a disappointment for a company that has been in existence for years. Totally annoyed.
I am not getting any help regarding my refund, I have called, emailed, and gone into the store. No one is willing to assist me. A query that has been ongoing since the 2nd December 2023. It has been a whole month now.
I am so disappointed with PnP ASAP service, they first canceled my order with no valid on black Friday. I then requested a refund from the App on the 2nd December 2023, I am still waiting for my refund. Non of their consultants has gotten back to me. I even went in-store at Maponya Mall and I was told to query this online since it was an online purchase
UBER EATS I ordered Chicken Licken, and when I went back to the App it then ordered an order from a different restaurant called 2 Slai, without me confirming, I kept on trying to cancel it but it went through and it did not give me an option to cancel. I did not want to order again but the App ordered and I could not cancel. I would like to be refunded
CHICKEN LICKEN FERNDALE does not take orders seriously. I ordered my food 15 minutes before my break and the order took 45 minutes to be delivered, when it was delivered they had completely ignored the notes I added on Uber Eats. Why must we add notes only for them to be ignored? I wanted specific parts of the chicken and they gave me totally different parts, on top of that the chicken was undercooked. I need this to be rectified because I could not return the order as I was on shift and my break had ended already. However, dealing with my order must account for this. For an establishment situated around workplaces, you should take orders seriously
Arrived at the spa on time, however treatments were delayed. I kept on asking when is our next treatment. Once, we did our first treatment, everything was rushed. The spa didn't give Zen and relaxed vibes. Our Hydro session was supposed to be 30 minutes but was cut to 20 minutes. It was not really a great experience and they were not playing spa type of music. I had put in a request for champagne and desert, but they forgot. Had to ask countless times. However the food was delicious. Big up to the chef

I called Mafadi regarding my property as I wanted assistance. All 3 consultants hanged up on me while they promised me to transfer me to the relevant department. No sense of urgency, they do not even show remorse when you advise that my previous call was dropped. Pathetic service
I ordered from Panarottis Maponya Mall. Had a R75 discounts and my order went down to R84.50. The amount was deducted and then the actual price with no discount also got deducted. Had to call the restaurant to cancel, the guy canceled the wrong one, called again and he canceled the other one. Called ubereats for a refund and I couldn't agree what the consultant was saying. Please advise of a way forward
