Bought a bed and base for R8000 which was on sale from R12999 at Beds2go Cornubia It is a Rest Assured bed set. After a year the bed started to sink in. I called to report it. I went as far as going to the store to lay complaints numerous times. Rest assured sent out a guy to inspect the bed …the Guy name was Craigh came to my residence twice in one year. He stated that there is a problem and that the bed is under a year old and should not be doing this. The tag on the bed states no sagging sides. Yet the bed sags on one side. These beds come with warranty yet I was not assisted with this matter. Beds2go service is terrible and rest assured is not the brand we always knew about. Just beware that Beds2go does not assist customers with issues and warranty of beds …they are very unprofessional. I spent R14500 in the store as I bought 2 single beds as well. I spent that kind of money with a business that does not care about it’s service to customers.
I purchased a few items on the 18th February 2021. I found out a few days later that there is no stock of the items and that it would take 28 working days. On the 24th February I requested a refund. A lady by the name of Nakita sent me the required refund forms that needs to be filled in. I filled in those forms and sent it back. She stated that she received my forms and that it will go for processing. I have been in contact with her for the whole month of March asking her when is the refund going to be processed. Finally on the 18th March 2021. She sent me an email stating that my refund has been processed and I will see the funds in my account between 1-5 working days. It has been 8 working days now and I haven’t received my refund. When I call TDSA and tell them my issue they put me through to Nakita and they end the call. When I phoned again I was told that she is not in at the moment. My issue is that why aren’t they giving me my refund? . A company such as this has absolutely no customer service at all. They lack ethics and clearly don’t know about the Consumer Protection Act.
