Disappointed with the service.

I have never experienced bad service there but today I’m disappointed. Yesterday there was load shedding and unfortunately my daughter was not done with her hair treatment, so I understood and they tried their generator to no luck it was not giving in. They told me to come back today . Well before I left I had to pay, their speed point was not working , I had no cash with me and they asked me to draw cash at a Boxer store but there were so full...... I waited in that que patiently because I knew I had to pay. Today I come back , to no assistance , was told to wait . I did anticipate waiting but my daughter will be late for her party. I am very angry at how they handled the situation because I’ve been a regular customer , It’s never been this way and not that I wanted special treatment but I mean, they could consider that they did not finish their service yesterday. I shouldn’t have to wait like yesterday for my turn.
