I bought phone at mall of the south American swiss , i didn't use it more than 3 days , it went blank, it just showed restart and and power off. when i returned it they said i must come fetch it after 2 weeks , after 2 weeks my phone was not ready, on the third week they called to say i must bring r100 to get another phone. when i got there , they gave me a phone , the battery of that phone was low ( ACCORDING TO THEM, the battery of this phone doesn't last for 5 hours, today this phone did the same thing as the phone i returned the screen went blank . am so disappointed , I'm full time student i cant afford to buy myself new phone . and I'm struggling to submit my assignments on time , I'm literally in tears but then it is what it is .
