Dave was quick to come out. Took the machine away and we were phoning continuously the next day to try and find out what was happening to the machine. Dave finally answered and said he would phone us back in 30 mins. Surprise, surprise he never phoned back. Late in the afternoon we phoned again and then he told us that the machine was suddenly already fixed...but nobody phoned us with a quote or to check if it was ok to fix it for that amount! His feeble excuse was that they "usually phone" before they do repairs but in our case they found more problems as they were checking it. It is the second day after paying them and the machine was supposed to be delivered this morning. Again we had to phone and follow up. Poor excuses given every time. I've requested the old parts in a bag to make sure it was actually replaced. Let's see if they deliver it with the machine...one day. No customer service and fixing done without confirming first with client! I will never trust a repair company that cannot do on-site repairs again! Very expensive lesson learnt.
