We stood for 30 minutes in the queue at the Cape Town branch. We never got in. Other people were allowed to enter with no hassles whatsoever. They just shook the bouncers' hands and went in. There is definitely something dodgy going on at the entrance. We ended up leaving without entering because of this. Stay away from Ayepyep Lifestyle Lounge
I booked a trip from Jhb to Cape Town and the corresponding return flight. I missed my trip to CPT by 5 mins. I made a change to that flight for a later time and paid the penalty for changing the time to 2 hours later. FlySafair went and cancelled the return flight, which I did not modify. I tried to check in on the return flight a day before and it was nowhere to be found. FlySafair did not notify me that they had cancelled my return flight. I called to find out the issue, they say I cancelled the return flight myself. Which is totally untrue. They charged me R600 to reinstate that flight. They called me and said they had footage of me at the airport cancelling my flight on their website.
I bought a couch from Clearance Warehouse (Randburg). I explicitly requested certain dimensions because of the build of my lounge. They said they understand what I mean and guaranteed me they have the one I requested. I fetched the couched, covered in plastic all over. When I assembled it, the dimensions were incorrect and not as they promised. I went back and reported this. They said they will report it to their head office and fetch the ones they gave us. It's been 3 whole weeks and they have not said a single word. They know very well that customers will end up using the incorrect items and not be able to send them back afterwards. This is how they force you to buy unwanted items on their floor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. IF THERE WAS A ZERO RATING, I WOULD GIVE IT TO THEM. STAY AWAY FROM CLEARANCE WAREHOUSE
Accelerit Fibre has still refused to refund my account after not giving me any service. SEBENZILE says I used the service when it was clear I had not used the service. Wayne is the one who signed me up for NOTHING. TOKYO kept saying the issue is with Metrofibre. It's clear he does not know how to do his job. They are the biggest scammers out there. I hope Accenture drops them as a partner soon. This is the most horrible treatment of a customer I have ever seen. SEBENZILE, TOKYO AND WAYNE should be fired for this
