Poor service

I booked a party of 3 girls for horse riding . With the booking he said he wants full payment...R680 per person in advance. I paid and booked. My daughter fell ill during the night...I phoned early the next morning to ask for another time...He said dully booked fot a few days and NO refunds!! My friend took my daughter s place and as she stood by him...he answered a call and said the next day still open no bookings...lier!!!! Poor people skills and no heart for children. Please dont support!! Wild coast sun does also have horse riding adventures.
