On the 18 of December my sister in law bought me a cellphone as a Christmas gift.the lady who sold the cellphone to her did not explain the terms and conditions in Dept to her.she said that if anything is wrong with the cellphone she can bring it back to the store within 7 days.she must bring it back to their store that she purchased it in.my sister in law Gave me the cellphone on Christmas day at 3.i realised that on the same day there is a problem with the cellphone it was slow and unable to download or do anything on the cellphone.it was Christmas day and the pep stores closest to me were closed.i went to pep on cascades mall were the cellphone was purchased the lady told me her manager was not in and therefore cannot assist me I must come back the next day.i then came back the next day and the lady on duty told me that the 7 days have past and cannot assist me but send my cellphone in for repairs and It will take 3 weeks to come back.i then called the area manager who was so rude to me.such behaviour from a high superior.i am working as a manager in Foschini stores and to give customers such service it's very poor.i refuse to get my cellphone repaired I would like an exchange for another cellphone or my money back.i will never recommend anyone to purchase from pep stores if this is the kind of service that is rendered.please deal with your management as they do not know how to resolve issues.they should not be in the positions that they in rudeness is the last thing to expect from management area manager.please contact me on 0822125474/0333458161 shontal Everton
