Pelican Express-A scam

Pelican Express is nothing else but a scam. They are in cahoots with what is called Mr Shopper. I regret to have fallen into their trap. I ordered Dstv explorer 3 with installation @R1495 in November. I had to call to establish the whereabouts of my order. After several attempts of calling their number, a guy called Brian from Mr Shopper gave me tracking number (pelican express). When I first traced my parcel, it was about 30% in Spribgfontein. Even today, in the New year, it is still there(Since November). The phone numbers of both these so called companies are never answered or in the event they're answered, falls promises will be made. I call every day. Even msgs sent to whatsapp number provided by Mr Shopper don't get responded to. I now spent festive season without that dstv. Please somebody help us stop these people.
